Services

EYP Spa. offers air cargo logistics services, including import, export, warehousing and dangerous goods handling.

Quotes

Quotes provided are valid for 15 days and are subject to availability and rates in effect at the time of confirmation.

Liability

Our liability is limited according to applicable international conventions for air cargo transport (Montreal Convention).

Insurance

We recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance. Basic insurance included covers only total loss according to established limits.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago.
